Umami View – is an omnichannel SaaS platform that connect all areas of optometrist IT in one clear platform to help opticians work more efficiently, faster and easier.

CHALLENGE

Our studio was tasked with resolving operational efficiency problems in the optometrist business, addressing user account activation issues, reducing the workload on the support service, improving communication between different target groups, and redesigning the outdated platform.

SOLUTION

We designed a comprehensive, easily scalable, flexible system of apps that unites all IT for an optometrist in one place. This solution ensures smooth integrations for seamless processes, eliminates the need to switch between apps, provides constant availability, removes the need for servers, and abolishes paper usage entirely.
