About
EdTech platform "Edway" is an information resource designed for interaction between professional education providers and teachers, as well as for centers for professional development, educational institutions and authorities, research and teaching staff, parents, and the expert circle of the State Service for Education Quality, representatives of the Education Ombudsman Service.
Challenge
The outdated platform needed a redesign to reduce the load on the platform's Support Service and simplify navigation so that users make fewer clicks to perform typical tasks. Conducting research on User Personas was essential for gaining insights into the audience and their requirements – we identified four primary user personas, for which we collected data through in-depth interviews and user testing. Our team decided to conduct in-depth interviews to delve deeper into the project and understand how users of different groups interact with the platform and what problems they encounter during work.
