EdTech platform “EdWay” is an information resource designed for interaction between professional education providers, teachers and various educational and research institutions.
CHALLENGE
Cosmos Studio was tasked with redesigning an outdated platform, reducing Support Service load, and simplifying navigation to minimize user clicks for common tasks.
SOLUTION
We addressed key issues: account activation, overwhelmed Helpdesk, poor communication, and outdated design. Through user research, we identified four personas and validated seven out of eight hypotheses.
The revamped EdWay platform now offers an improved user experience, easier access to information, and better support for educators, leading to fewer support requests and enhanced professional growth.
